• Sol : The soil of "Harth" Colmar is very gravelly and stony, which allows the area to warm up quickly and to release the heat at night stored during the day. Very good micro climate with very little rainfall

• Nose : A very nice fruity young wine with aromas of red berries such as currants, raspberry and sour cherry.
• Mouth : Fruity aromas, in addition to the tannic structure the wine is very pleasant
• Recommendations : Serve chilled with roasted poultry, grilled meats, meat pies, escargots (snails), or various type of cheese
