Geographical Situation : Block located at the bottom of hills on soils dominated marl-limestone on Wettolsheim and Winton towns.
Vinification : Manual harvesting, whole cluster pressing, fermentation with controlled temperature, racking, maturing for few months on lees. Bottling for secondary fermentation 'prise de mousse'.
Color : Yellow, slighty amber.
Nose : Exhales dried fruits aromas such apricots, hazelnut as well as spices like black pepper.
Mouth : The fine bubble coats the palate, the wine splits open with rich aromas of the Pinot-Dominate Black, such as vanilla aromas, dried fruit and spicy. Very long length and marked by a nice acidity that make it the preferred partner to fine meals.
Recommendations : Aperitif or with desserts.
